Fourteen leaves of holograph ms. were laid in, primarily a listing of magical apparatus with prices. Two printed accompanying items: a program for The phenomena of mediumship demonstrated, 14-15 May 1923 and List of names and addresses of certified mediums of the Chicago Spiritualist League, re-incorporated as the Society of Spiritualists, [8] p., the latter with the autograph of Houdini.
